About

I’m a computer scientist who has worked at the intersection of AI, health and public policy — in federal government, in research at HPI and Mount Sinai, and in startups. A former pro athlete turned tech builder, which means: I care about teams that actually execute. I speak and teach the way I work — direct, practical, human.

For ten years, I led my basketball team as its captain. I was the smallest player on the court in every game, yet together we won the Northern German Championship.

That experience continues to shape the way I lead today. Leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room. It is about recognising people’s strengths, bringing them together, and enabling the entire team to perform at its best.
